- Wrap the Tofu in a paper towel and place it in between 2 plates with a weight on top to drain water for 30 minutes.
- Peel and take the seed out from the avocado and dice into 1 cm squares. Dice the pressed tofu and tomato the same size
- Mix the ingredients of the dressing in a dressing bottle or empty jar and shake until well blended.
- Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl and toss. Garnish with Sesame seeds or chopped scallions. Serve immediately.
